This is Connie, my Cairn Terrier, aka "The Cairn Terror". She 's my constant companion on landscape shoots - she's happy to climb mountains (see below) and ford burns, but winter is her favourite time of year. She loves the snow, but finds that her penchant for rolling in it gives her fur a "snowballed" effect. Perhaps she yearns to be a West Highland White!
Connie died suddenly on 30 September 2016. Farewell old friend.
